absolutely shocking stay. The wifi was practically non-existent, only working near the room door, and the tiny shower was more of a chore than a convenience. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for this inconvenience, but nope, just more disappointment. I almost could have given a good review, but I just couldn’t face the embarrassment of lying.

My stay was great! Mira and Francesco are wonderful hosts and gave me fantastic tips for exploring the area. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was super comfy. I loved having breakfast at the nearby cafe with those fresh pastries. Overall, a lovely experience! 😊

A charming getaway in Florence

Staying at Locanda De' Ciompi was a delight. Mira's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Each morning, we savored pastries from the local bakery while enjoying the neighborhood vibe.

The lack of an elevator posed a challenge with our luggage, but we took it as part of our authentic Italian experience. Additionally, the room was a bit snug for two people.

Had an awesome trip with my friends! The location was key, just a stroll away from major sights like the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. The hosts were super helpful, giving us loads of tips on where to eat. Breakfast was a highlight – those pastries were top-notch. Very cozy atmosphere overall!

One thing to note, the room was a bit tight for space, so it may be tricky if you have a lot of luggage with you.

It was just a fine choice for a day tour in Florence with best value. The charming couple running the place gave me great recommendations for local dining. Carrying luggage upstairs can be a workout, so plan accordingly.
